As an informed NYC resident, you understand and get the scare bedbugs can bring to an apartment. Which is exactly why the first thing you do is strip the bed. Clear as day, I saw two on the bright, white sheets. Bagged them both, brought them to the front desk as proof. After checking in just minutes prior, we told them we can no longer stay on the property. They offered another room, but needless to say, opted to leave. They refused to reimburse our money. Sleeping in our car was well worth br
inging these back to Brooklyn. Avoid this place at all costs. Staff was not apologetic in the least and almost seemed annoyed bringing this to their attention.
Unsure of room number, but it was one in the back facing the big field.
