Previous sad human checking in-
I've been informed that the issue was resolved in all the units :) It was my first time dealing with this issue so i panicked, hence the entries below. But it looks like everything is all good now. Management is really nice and its good rent for the location, use your own discretion but it's worth checking out. stay safe toronto <3

October/September of 2019

There was a treatment of bed bugs in certain units without notifying all tenants. This is a multi-unit with as many people jammed in as possible. Obviously the bed bugs scatterd to the other units. Currently in the throws of a pretty shit situation made worse by the proximity of units in this building.

It looks like they're gunna do a treatment of certain units that have reported it. Again the bugs will vacate to untreated units/ are already in units that ha

ve yet to report them.

Hopefully a more unified approach is taken to rectify the situation. The rent here is affordable (and the representative for the office is a sweetheart) but I wouldn't move here while this is ongoing. bed bugs are on the rise because of the inability of landlords to act swiftly and efficiently. Well, that and a lack of honesty due to unjustified shame.

Reporting this because it would really, really, reeaàllly suck to move into a unit without full disclosure about what you are potentially moving into. Take care!
