Looks like roaches are a persistent problem in this building. The building was fully sprayed in March 2020 but the roaches started reappearing as early as May/June.

INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES! I lived in unit 104 and you would see at least 2 cockroaches everyday. They were in the bathroom but worst in the kitchen. They would come out of the sink fixtures when you ran the water! I had to throw out all of my furniture when I moved because they were infested too - made me ill. The super, Shawn, basically said it was our fault. Do not live here!
