WARNING!

The landlord/property manager (in the posts below) is desperately trying to downplay the cockroach infestation so that these greedy slumlords can rent this place to the next unsuspecting victims, and only for the low price of $3000!

What do we (past tenants) have to gain from leaving this warning? We simply don't want any one else to have to experience what we did at 236 Sterling.

During the warmer months, you will see cockroaches EVERY.SINGLE. DAY. The 'treatme

nt' done by whatever sham pest control company Beaunest property services employs is completely useless. Beaunest/landlords refuse to do some basic updates to effectively deal with the cockroach problem and seal them out for good.

If you choose to take the landlord's word over ours, just be prepared for a year of stress, and to have to discard a number of your beloved possessions and furniture upon move-out to ensure that you leave these nasty pests behind.

Sincerely,
traumatized previous tenants

The so called server coach roach infestation being reporter is totally unfounded. There were sightings of one or two roaches across a 12 month period. In June the tenants made no mention of the issue. They only then brought it up when they wanted to terminate their lease early. When exterminators came to treat the entire building. They didn't come across a single roach. But out of an abundance of caution the house was treated anyway. One tenant declined to gave their unit trea

ted because they didn't want chemicals sprayed for no reason. The exterminators are coming back again this month in an extreme effort to eradicate any further trace.
These tenants insisted they were entitled to pay rent whenever they felt like it not on the first of the month. They violated fire codes. Please take their post with a grain of salt.

No bedbugs, but this entire building is severely infested with cockroaches. Landlord will not tell you about the cockroaches, but you will notice them soon after moving in...surprise! The landlords are more than willing to 'treat' the unit, however even after multiple treatments extending over the year we have lived here, alongside EXTREME CLEANLINESS, the cockroaches continue to appear. This place will never be cockroach-free until drastic measures are taken by the landlords of the unit and the

connected building next door.

WARNING: DO NOT MOVE IN TO 236 STERLING ROAD!
